Bailey Creek Ranch is an 82 acre northern California retreat about 45 minutes east of Red Bluff and Redding that will thrill those who seek the tranquility and beauty of gin-clear creeks, the cool shade of lovely maple, oak, and pine trees, and the privacy afforded by a shared border with Lassen National Park.

The trout fishing is great in the two creeks and in one of the 2 large ponds (the other pond is great for bass and panfish) and all are just steps from your door.  The ranch was formerly known as Bailey Creek Lodge, created and managed by Peter Mitchell, and was a well-known fly-fishing destination for many years.  The ranch is an ideal vacation spot for both serious fly-fishermen and their family or friends.  

Today, you'll find a lovely 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom home with a large swimming pool and hot tub.  The ranch and the surrounding areas offer wonderful recreation opportunities.  While hiking, fishing, relaxing, and wildlife viewing are all possible on the property, Blue Ribbon Trout Fishing locations are nearby, hiking and camping in Shasta and Lassen National Parks, downhill or cross-country ski places, and so much more.

We plan to re-open the lodge in June of 2025.
